Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, the consultation slot is reserved specifically for you. Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation via WhatsApp.
Full refunds are provided if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance, or if we are unable to provide the requested service. Refunds are not available for completed consultations.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original UPI payment method within 3-5 business days. Please share your payment screenshot on WhatsApp to initiate a refund request.
If you wish to reschedule instead of cancelling, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate a new time.
